Shipping

How long will it take for me to receive my order? How much is shipping?

Many of our items are made to order, and will not ship for 2-3 weeks until after an order has been placed.

All other orders are shipped within 48 hours (business days) of placing an order. If an order has been shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a cancellation.

Shipments may be delayed when Winkwag is at an event. You can check out our event calendar at the bottom of this page.

Please note regarding international orders, no import duties or additional taxes or charges are included in the item price or shipping cost. These fees are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to buying.

What are my shipping options and prices?

The shipping method selected at checkout may be substituted or upgraded at our discretion. This generally occurs when an order is placed while we are at an event or for an item on back stock. Thank you for your understanding.

All shipping times are estimates. All estimates include business days only.

Shipping costs are starting values. Costs will vary depending on final destination.

How are items shipped?

We ship almost every order via USPS First-Class Package Service (unless specified). Tracking information may be sent to the email used to place your order.

All product packages will be wrapped in a plain brown or white box.

Can you rush an order?

Many of our items are made to order, and will not ship for 2-3 weeks or more until after an order has been placed.

We can not rush a shipment that is not in stock. We do not offer rush shipping when Winkwag is at an event.

All other orders are shipped within 48 hours (business days) of placing an order.

Pick up?

Winkwag travels to events across the country. If you'd like to arrange a pick-up at one of our events, please notify us in advance and leave a note in the note section at checkout. Any orders picked up at an event will have shipping costs refunded.
